Editorial Policy
The publication of scientific research in peer-reviewed journals is a cornerstone in the advancement and exchange of knowledge. sharws Scientific Journal is committed to the highest ethical and behavioral standards in the publishing process. All parties involved—authors, editors, reviewers, and the publisher—must adhere to the principles of integrity and transparency.
Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published, in whole or in part, in any citable medium, including preprint servers, and must not be under consideration by any other journal.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that the manuscript does not violate intellectual property rights or copyrights, and that all submitted material is either original or used with explicit legal permission. The journal reserves the right to take appropriate actions in case of policy violations, including rejecting or retracting the article.

Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to sharws Scientific Journal undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure the quality of published research and the neutrality of the scientific evaluation.

Each manuscript is referred to two specialized reviewers in the relevant subject, selected based on their academic expertise.

The reports of all reviewers are taken into consideration when making the decision regarding acceptance, revision request, or rejection of the manuscript.

The Editor-in-Chief bears the responsibility of making the final decision on publication, based on the recommendations of the reviewers and relevant editors.

In some cases, the Editor-in-Chief may seek the opinion of members of the journal's Scientific Advisory Board before making the final decision on the manuscript.

Both assistant editors and review editors provide administrative and technical support to ensure the peer review process proceeds with integrity, transparency, and efficiency.

In case the authors object to a rejection decision, they have the right to submit a repeated memorandum to appeal the decision, and – upon the Editor-in-Chief’s discretion – the manuscript may be sent to a third independent reviewer. The decision resulting from this stage is considered final.
Authorship Policy
sharws Journal upholds transparency and accuracy in determining scientific contribution. Only individuals who have made substantial intellectual and scientific contributions in:

should be listed as co-authors, and all must approve the final version for submission.
Corresponding Author:
One author is designated to coordinate with the journal and serve as the official contact post-publication.
Acknowledgments:
Non-author contributors (technical, administrative, financial, etc.) should be recognized in the acknowledgments section.
Author Order & Responsibility:
Order should reflect contribution magnitude. All listed authors share joint responsibility for the manuscript content. Changes to authorship post-submission are only allowed with a justified request signed by all authors.
Conflict of Interest:
All authors must disclose any potential scientific or financial conflicts. The journal strictly enforces this to ensure research integrity and fair attribution.
Self-Archiving Policy
The journal supports open access and allows authors to:
Archive preprints (pre-review version) in institutional or thematic repositories. Archive postprints (peer-reviewed but unformatted version) with clear reference to journal rights. Archive final published versions in repositories that comply with OAI-PMH standards, provided full citation and direct link to the article are included.

Data Sharing Policy
Sharws Scientific Journal is committed to fostering a more open and transparent research environment by promoting data availability and enabling researchers to reuse results and verify methodologies. The journal believes that data sharing contributes to improving research quality, accelerating scientific discovery, and enhancing the reliability of published findings.
Accordingly, the journal encourages authors to share their research data, including—but not limited to—raw or processed datasets, software, algorithms, protocols, methods, and relevant materials, by archiving them in recognized public scientific repositories that comply with open-access standards such as OAI.
Authors are required, upon submission, to include a Data Availability Statement indicating the accessibility of their data, along with a direct link to the repository in which the data is archived and a persistent identifier (e.g., DOI or official archive number) that facilitates access. These data sets should be properly cited in the references section using appropriate scientific citation formats to ensure copyright protection and promote research integrity.
The journal is committed to publishing this statement within accepted articles—whether the data are available or not—with justification provided in cases where data cannot be shared.
This policy aims to support open research practices and ensure that findings can be reused to serve the broader scientific community.
