Abstract

This research dealt with the cultural and urban manifestations in Africa, extending from Tripoli in the east to Bejaia in the west, during the Hafsid era, which represents an important historical stage in Islamic history in Africa. From here, the problem of the study focuses on the main question of: What are the cultural and urban manifestations in the Hafsid state during the era? Islamic? The study aims to identify the most important cultural and urban aspects and landmarks in the Hafsid state, clarify the most important cities in Hafsid Africa, highlight the most important urban achievements in Africa during the Hafsid era, and demonstrate the influences that Hafsid architecture was exposed to in Africa.
