Abstract

           The concept  of the international entrance covered  the  human  consideration  a significant  important  in the international  relationship  in general  and  international low in specific .This  concerned by the usage of  the power to protect citizens from the  human  rights. Based  on the previous the statement of the problem  of this  research stated  in the following  question: -What are the types of international  Entrance  in Libya? Although , this study  aims to  know  the  concept  and  types  of international entrance in Libya  and  clarify the international entrance. The  international  entrance  to  protect  the  citizen  in  Libya .The researcher  follow  the  descriptive ,and  analytical  as  well  as  the critical  methods in this study to grasp the results of the research .
