Abstract

This research aims to study the objectives of money in Islamic jurisprudence, reviewing its importance and role in organizing the lives of individuals and societies in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law. The research focuses on money as a means to achieve human interests and the objectives of Sharia, rather than merely a material goal. The research addresses the jurisprudential foundations of the objectives of money, such as preserving money, achieving economic stability, and guaranteeing the rights of individuals and society, while reviewing the Sharia evidence from the Quran and Sunnah that urges respect for money and its use in beneficial causes. The research also discusses the practical principles of money management, such as the prohibition of usury, the encouragement of zakat and charity, and the financial regulation of business and trade. The research concludes that the objectives of money in Islamic jurisprudence aim to achieve a balance between individual and public interests and to ensure economic and social justice, thereby achieving a dignified and stable life for individuals and society.
